By entering any area of my site, you agree to the following terms:

General and Artwork

- You may not direct link any images from this site. If you want to adopt a doll or use a link banner, save the picture to your server or a photobucket account.

- You may not do anything with my digital artwork (the stuff in the 'art' section). You may not adopt it, use it in avs or signatures, put it on things and sell it - for real or forum currency - or post it anywhere on the internet. If you do want to use my artwork for something, e-mail me for permission. Please!

- Every image on this site is copyrighted to me unless stated otherwise.

Dolls and Bases

- You may not take any of my dolls or bases and claim them as your own.

- You may not alter any of my dolls or bases and claim them as your own.

- You may not alter any of my dolls, period.

- Do not frankendoll. You may not take any small part of my dolls and incorporate them into your own.

- When adopting a doll, you must include a link back to the Kiln, clearly visible on the same page. You may not adopt any of the dolls declared "unadoptable" unless I have given you permission.

- You can mix and match the Kiln bases as much as you like, but you cannot mix and match them between other people's bases, including their heads. The only exception is placing someone else's head on one of my bases, but remember to credit them for it.

- You may edit my bases as much as you like, i.e. changing poses, mirroring, face edits, etc. However, do not create an entirely new base with only the original head remaining. Please don't forget to credit them to me.

- You may not redistribute my bases or edits of my bases. If you want to edit a base and send me your version so I can put it up and credit you, please do, because I would love it.

- You can use my bases in dollmakers and base edit contests, and you can put dolls made on my bases in layouts. With credit and a link, of course.

- That being said, you cannot use any of my dolls or parts of my dolls in dollmakers - i.e. you cannot cut a skirt off one of my dolls and let users drag-and-drop it.

- You cannot use my dolls in layouts. You also cannot use my dolls or any part of them in avatars and signatures for forums/communities of any kind, or in any images, really. You cannot use my dolls for RP characters unless I have given you permission.

- You cannot sell my dolls or bases or any part of them for real money. I can't imagine why you would want to, but I suppose it doesn't hurt to have it in writing - selling dolls made on my bases for forum currency (not my dolls, your dolls made on my bases, remember!) is fine as long as you credit the Kiln, but other than that, use your common sense. If it feels wrong, don't do it.

- Please, please take into account that dollers spend a very long time on their work, as does everyone else who pursues a hobby or practises an art. While stealing a doll may seem petty to you, it is extremely disrespectful and upsetting to the person who has made it.
